Fire Service Commemorative Coin!
Pure Silver Proof Collectible!
Fire Service Commemorative Coin
The Fire Service Commemorative Coin is intended to pay respect to the profession of firefighting. One common fire service culture includes the collecting of “Challenge Coins” that are fire department themed coins most commonly made of brass, iron or other less valuable metals. This round was created to honor the fire service culture and professionalism while adding “real-value” purity and class by being one of the only precious metals fire service coins in existence. It will surely be enjoyed by any silver collecting enthusiast or by anyone just wanting to share a piece of fire service appreciation. For members of the fire service and their friends and family – this is the premiere of challenge coins and displays.
each Commemorative Coin Contains
1 Troy Oz of .999 pure silver
On the obverse of this collectible Commemorative Coin is the traditional fire helmet with a subtle “tip of the helmet” notation that can be observed on the left and right sides. The left reads the date “9/11/01” paying tribute to the tragic events of September 11th 2001, while the right reads simply “343” to pay silent respect to the 343 firefighters that gave their lives in the line of duty that tragic day.
While observing the reverse of this beautiful Commemorative Coin, the top section reads “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” while the American flag is proudly centered and waiving in the wind. The classic coinage phrase “IN GOD WE TRUST” is bold and just under the flag. Making this Commemorative Coin one to be admired.
